Main Responsibilities:

Scouting for potential tenants.

Direction of guided tours of each rent.

Preparation of barren lists in consultation with tenants.

Edit and sign of legally solid and detailed agreements.

Address and registration of all rules violations.

Renewal of leasing contracts, if desired.

Store of the updated features of applicable lease agreements.

Implementation of relevant inspections before returning deposits from tenants.Experience in managing and renting malls and malls and dealing with brands.

المهارات
Main Requirements:

Experience in real estate management.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Experience in buying and selling residential and commercial real estate.

Has previously participated in real estate exhibitions.

Proficiency in English.
