الوصف الوظيفي · Oversee the scheduling of work in line with company goals and objectives. · Communicate and manage all issues and risks affecting the projects. · Communicates project status to project participants and stakeholders accurately and on time. · Develop and implement solutions to correct any deviation. · Appraise and profile the associated risks for development. · Manage the site Due Diligence process to ensure that all development risks are identified and quantified. · Manage the approval and permitting phase of the development process and ensure approvals are in line with company requirements. · Manage the detailed design phase of the projects, ensuring strict adherence to corporate specifications and attention to cost management. · Managing the bidding, negotiation, and construction contract process. · Monitor general contractor and vendor performance during construction phase. · Ensure that construction projects are in line with current health & safety laws and internal company requirements. · Support development efforts by working closely with other departments to determine more effective processes and tools. المهارات Main Requirements: . BSc degree in Civil or Architecture · Proficiency in engineering software “Autocad” · Experience in managing real estate development projects · Experience in managing the implementation of construction works for concrete and steel buildings · Experience in managing the implementation of building finishes · Experience in infrastructure implementation works (asphalting, electricity, etc.) · Knowledge of the Saudi real estate market · Knowledge in dealing with contractors and suppliers · Experience in dealing with engineering offices for plans and designs for new projects تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/project-manager-4431731/ |
