الوصف الوظيفي • To define and develop cost effective manufacturing strategies & techniques for the component parts portfolio • Design processes, approval levels and controls to maintain technical revision of all relevant documentation to support the manufacturing process; inclusive of machining, assembly, Inspection plans as well as verification reports and manufacturing methods. • Lead, define, implement and develop appropriate Lean Manufacturing methodologies and where required, optimizing efficiency and cost effective production. • Specification and install all equipment and facilities to support manufacturing methods. • Approval of Manufacturing Engineer/ Technician CNC & CMM programs for creation, validation and ongoing maintenance. • Technical Engineering support to the Production, Quality and Design team to optimize design for manufacturing • To design, implement and maintain the process for an effective Rapid Response process, supporting Manufacturing Engineers engaged. • To ensure &developing;methods/procedures to improve departmental efficiencies, New product introduction and product quality, driving continuous improvement through appropriate KPIs, Lean Manufacturing methodologies and Six Sigma initiatives. • Provide Leadership, development and guidance to all employees within the department, developing skill sets and focusing efforts to achieve continuous improvement • Ensure individual and team compliance with company policies and procedures (HS&E;, Employment, Training, SOPs etc) • To ensure that the implementation of engineering change is carried out effectively within the department and across the business. • To define Production and Inspection methodologies and SOP’s • Support introduction of Statistical Process Control with particular focus on Quality Assurance and Production areas. • To set up, lead and actively pursue systematic continuous improvement activity within the area/team. Establish and monitor agreed KPI’s. • Responsible for the planned preventative maintenance schedule and implementation of required maintenance of all plant machinery, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and insurance requirements. • Ensure all direct reports are working towards their agreed objectives and that their performance is reviewed at least annually • Identify staff that require on-going training and implement training opportunities to ensure their skills are improved. Work with apprentices and semi-skilled staff to role model appropriate technical skills. • Provide feedbacks to staff that are not performing to the expected level and ensure human resources are informed of trends in performance. • Promote a Health and Safety culture within the business. المهارات · Experience of implementation and management of a lean manufacturing production facility · ISO9001 Process & Procedures · CAD/CAM design tools · Die and mold understanding · Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical component/ assembly drawings, specification documents and technical procedures. · Good communications skills and ability to effectively present information. · Ability to define problems, collect & collate data, analyze and draw valid conclusions · Demonstrated ability to identify and develop people within the organization · Knowledgeable & highly experienced in machining processes and techniques. · Proven experience in managing and leading in a multi-disciplined team in achieving goals to deadlines · Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to motivate a team while working under pressure. · Demonstrated ability to project manages activities such as commissioning of new plant, shop floor reorganization and machine installation. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/mould-workshop-manager-4376154/ |
