HDPE Pipe Extrusion Plant Manager

Preference to a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer Degree.

10 + years plant management experience responsible for at least 100 employees over multiple shifts.
Must have working-knowledge of extrusion for HDPE Pipe. (ideally 4mm-1200mm OD).
Prior experience with P&L;and managing Budgets is needed.
Experience using ERP software.
Visible management style and a good trainer able to hire and train employees while creating a cohesive culture within the facility is needed.
Any experience using Lean/Six Sigma methods a huge plus.
A plus for any capital project management for plant expansions, machine installations, etc. especially new plant startups.
Summary:

As the Plant Manager you will be responsible for overall plant operation’s production, safety, quality, service, productivity, administrative and financial performance.

You will accomplish this through leading, directing and managing the subordinate department managers and office staff.

As Plant Manager you will also be responsible for employee development, staffing, project management

The Plant Manager is responsible for developing the positive culture of the facility and successfully leading the operation by practicing Company’s Core Values.

You will provide leadership for the facility, set goals, and execute strategies to meet corporate and regional business objectives.
