الوصف الوظيفي 1.He shall report to the Unit Consultant and to the Chief of Surgery. 2.He shall take on call duties according to the requirements of the department. 3.He shall provide active support for the Consultant in total patient care and management as agreed by the unit consultant. 4.He shall initiate the evaluation and treatment of patients and conduct the surgical management of patients within his delineated credentials with the consent of his consultant or the consultant on call. 5.He may modify or change the initial evaluation and treatment of patients begun by junior staff with regards to the patient’s clinical condition. 6.He shall directly supervise the work of the Audiologist and Speech Therapist. 7.He shall take an active role in the teaching of residents and all the other departmental academic activities including research. 8.He shall assume the responsibility of a Senior Registrar Surgeon when required to do so by the Chief of Surgery and authorized by the Medical Director or Credentials Committee. 9.Whenever judged by the Chief of Surgery and/or the Credentials Committee that he has attained sufficient higher professional training, the Registrar may act up in Senior Registrar capacity when requested or promoted to do so. 10.Performs other duties within the realm of his/her qualifications and experience. المهارات 2.Sub-specialization or special interest. 3.Computer Skills . 4.Experience in teaching and clinical research .
