Responsibilities:

Responsible for modification of some part of mold

Work according to safety, health & environment requirements (lock-out, tag-out (Battenfeld machine isolation), mold changes etc) and promote safety mindset on day-to-day basis

Do the preventive maintenance of the mold, keep cleaned running during production

Responsible to the mold if there is problem during process

Do the mold change in the absence of mold setter

Skills Requirements:

Plastic Injection Molding Process experience that includes asset care, acquisition, and improvement related to plastic injection molding machines, tooling, automation, and process infrastructure

Be a strong, hands-on manager with a “get the job done right” attitude

Be able to lift up to 60 lbs. with or without reasonable assistance
