The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds

Job Description:

Working as part of the Digital Transformation team to implement digital technologies across business operations
Ensure features of IT systems are utilised by employees to record all business activities
Train and support staff to use IT systems that automate business processes
Collaborate with IT suppliers to troubleshoot system issues
Positively influence staff to take ownership of digital changes in their department
Contribute to the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of digital solutions

Person Specification:

Background in IT and data management
Good understanding of business processes and how digitization improves working practices and the customer experience
The ability to communicate digital initiatives and technical ideas to people from different backgrounds
Personable with strong persuasion skills; a proven record of gaining support and getting others on board with new initiatives and strategies
Experience of managing own workload and reporting to remote management
Excellent Arabic and English

Salary: SAR 12,500 per month
