Job Purpose
To ensure the IT infrastructure & Systems operates with minimal down time & high quality by servicing panda systems, HW, LAN, WAN and troubleshooting systems to solve day to day problems to ensure Panda IT systems are fully operational to meet customers’ needs.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide client support and technical issue resolution via on site, phone and remote desktop at panda premises
• Configure IT equipment to connect to Company Network
• Configure software to connect to Internet or Intranet applications (SIM, RMS, Oracle Fusion, JDA)
• Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations (POS, Bizerba, Scales, SABS & Handheld Units).
• Providing 1st level of support on hardware and software issues at stores
• Identify and correct or advice, on operational issues in Panda System, and Troubleshooting.
• Provides guidance and coaching to customers on how to deal with their most commonly recurring problems and prepare them for any upcoming changes to systems in order to ensure customer are fully informed and self-sufficient.
• Perform creation of new E-mail accounts, Antivirus, Installation & Backup
• Involve in new store execution and new system rollout from IT systems prospective
• To develop a knowledge base of commonly occurring IT technical problems by completing the database of customers in order to ensure resolutions are available for the future
• To manage and record IT assets including PC’s POS, Handheld, Scanners network switches, and printer by entering the up to date data into the IT assets system in order to ensuring accurate records of assets are kept.
المهارات
Education
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or very relevant field
Experience, Skills & Competencies
• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of IT experience
• Preferred Technical Certifications (ITIL, MCSE, etc...)
• The ability to support users, analyze requirements
• Network knowledge, service Management and Operating System basic knowledge
• Oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Customer Service Orientation
• Knowledge of relevant SD applications preferred
