YALJ is a Saudi Arabian based group of companies that focuses primarily on real estate development and agriculture, with its headquarters in Makkah. Its real estate portfolio comprises of Makkah lands which are being developed with the Umrah and Hajj market in mind. Its agricultural business currently cultivates more than 270,000 date palms in Gassim and Medina using sustainable and environmentally friendly practices. YALJ are currently searching for a Product Development Manager to be based in Qassim, KSA.

المهارات
About the role

· Graduate in related discipline such as an Engineer or Food Technology

· At least 10 years’ experience in managing a modern food related factory using modern equipment

· Experience in sorting / packaging food industry. Vacuum drying. Dates experience would be an added benefit

· Develop new products like dates syrup

· Dates with nuts / chocolates etc.

· Date snack bars

· Use by - products like seeds for new food items / supplements
