We are currently looking for a highly talented candidate for the position of Human Resources Manager to join our Management Team. Ideal candidate will lead and direct the effective and efficient management of the Human Resources function, including the planning and management of human resources recruiting process, according to business needs, coordinating local staff administration, development and training processes, expatriates and international personnel management process, in compliance with the applicable regulations and with company and corporate regulations and policies.
Develop strategic manpower plans, including recruitment needs, succession planning, and training & development requirements to ensure manpower needs across all departments are captured.
Define and implement an optimum organization structure and manpower plan for HR in order to effectively deliver the overall HR related service requirements (including Recruitment, training & development, administrative employee relations services).
Direct the annual preparation of manpower plans which show, both quantitatively and qualitatively, the company’s manpower requirement.
Implementation of robust career and succession planning processes so that employees are encouraged to build a career with AMAK and the organization develops a pool of talented executives who possess the capability to manage at more senior levels.
Work with other functional and departmental managers to define their recruitment requirements and direct the hiring of suitably qualified and experienced candidates so that the organization possesses the optimum number of employees to meet Departments KPI.
Direct the development and implementation of a company-wide training plan which addresses all employee development needs (skill-based and behavioral) to enable them to perform to an acceptable level and thus facilitate the achievement of personal, departmental, functional and company objectives.
Monitor payments of salaries and benefits to employees in a prompt and efficient manner to ensure their continued motivation.
Develop the annual plan and budget for the Human Resources department.
المهارات
University degree in HR Management, Business Administration or any other related disciplines with equivalent years of experience.
Must be Saudi National.
10+ years’ experience in managing an HR and personnel function in heavy industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Arabic).
Expert knowledge of training and development philosophy, theory and techniques.
Detailed knowledge of KSA Labor Law requirements and all other relevant legislation /regulations.
Willing to be assigned at Najran, Al-Jawshan Minesite.
