الوصف الوظيفي Establishes short and long term operating and financial objectives for the Body Shop within the Company’s overall plans and policies. Ensures that approved policies and objectives are clearly understood and effectively applied within the department. Reviews and appraises the results of activities within the department and takes appropriate action as necessary. Maintains appropriate communication within and between all departments within the branch. Promotes safe work habits and ensures that safety rules are followed, Writes estimates on all wrecks, locally and out of town, if necessary. Maintains company service tools and equipment and makes sure they are used properly. Reviews all Body Shop repair orders making sure everything is complete and the total repair order is in accordance with the original estimate and any supplement which may have been added. Develops good relations with customer, adjusters, and insurance companies. المهارات Demonstrated project management, presentation, and training skills Must be current in industry trends, process, and procedures Minimum of 10-12 years of automotive collision repair experience تفاصيل الوظيفة |
