Technical support and maintenance

Responsibilities:
-Check the performance of systems, devices and identifying shortcomings.
-Design solutions and solid technical infrastructure that meet the technical and functional requirements.
-Identify performance problems and malfunctions.
-Maintaining and documenting the process of repair and its observations and recommendations.
-Examination and testing devices and develop appropriate comparison tools.
-Preparation of specifications and technical requirements.
-Preparation of technical advice and recommendations for software and hardware solutions, tools and practices.
-Test equipment before installation, make sure that the requirements and specifications.
-Preparation of technical reports, analysis of results and recommendations.
-Transfer of expertise to the management of information technology in the Secretariat and propose appropriate courses.
Required skills:-
Ability to work in the following areas:
-Computer accessories.
-Desktops.
-Disaster recovery and methods of briefing.
Failed systems, loopback, similar techniques techniques.
-Adaro hardware inventory.
-Portable devices.
-Large storage systems viable – RAID/s.
-Printers, scanners, Modems and communication equipment.
-Forwarding devices and load distribution.
-Servers.
Qualifications and requirements:
-A computer diploma.
-Experience of 3-5 years in the same field.
-Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and read fluently
