Lawyer (Makkah based - focusing on real estate)

Please note, this position is only open to Jordanian nationals or British (fluent in Arabic) due to visa issuance-related issues.

Other nationalities will not be considered.

Job location: Makkah, KSA

Total gross salary: 15k - 20k SAR

About the role

The role will require the Lawyer to fulfill the following duties:

Preparing and reviewing a range of commercial agreements, such as NDAs and supplier contracts and packaged contractor contracts. This will include checking compliance with standard documents and producing some documents based on agreed proposals.
Various corporate work including drafting board minutes, and preparing filings.
Attending internal and external meetings with the in-house legal team and stakeholders.
Agreeing on the delivery of various documentation.

Key Requirements

Be fluent in English and Arabic, speaking and writing.
Experience with translating and reviewing documents in Arabic.
The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience.
Experience with Sharia law.
You will have a strong academic background and a degree in law or equivalent qualification.
