SAR is looking for a senior-level Crowd Management Specialist to assist the crowd management section head in implementing and executing the strategies developed and ensure a safe and reliable environment for crowds at the stations during events such as Hajj.
Role Responsibilities:
Assists the section head in the development of crowd management plans and implements the same.
Develops plans and procedures for scheduling and execution of recruitment and training of crowd management staff to send them for approval.
Participates in the crowd management safety test cases and ensures all procedures and protocols are followed.
Monitors the contractor’s crowd management performance activity during Hajj.
Documents all mishaps, accidents, or any unforeseen circumstances.
Reports all documents prepared from Hajj to initiate a strategy for crowd control the next seasonal year.
Ensures all policies and procedures are followed for crowd management at the stations during Hajj.
Assists in conducting inspections to ensure contractor compliance with operational obligations.
Liaises with the emergency specialist to respond immediately to any emergency events.

Experience:
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Experience in railways preferred
