Senior Legal Advisor (Construction) - Arabic Speakers Only

A well reputable construction and engineering business headquartered in Makkah, KSA is currently searching for a Senior Legal Advisor.

We are keen to identify candidates that can manage the following tasks:

- Review NDAs, MOUs, MOAs, proposals, T&C;’s, lease agreements, share purchase agreements etc

- Review of conditions of construction contacts, subcontracts, amendments

- Advise other legal matters, risk mitigation and dispute resolution

In order to succeed in this role, applicants should be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law

- Must be fluent in Arabic & English (reading and writing)

- Must be fluent in technical legal language in Arabic

- 5 to 8 years post-qualification experience

- Experience in construction Arbitration & disputes
