About the role
The role will require the Lawyer to fulfil the following duties:
Reviewing a range of commercial agreements, such as NDAs and supplier contracts. This will include checking compliance with standard documents and producing some documents based on agreed proposals.
Various corporate work including drafting board minutes, and preparing filings.
Attending internal and external meetings with the in-house legal team and stakeholders.
Arranging the delivery of various documentation.

Key Requirements
Be a fluent or native Arabic speaker.
Experience with translating and reviewing documents in Arabic.
The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of experience.
Experience with Sharia law.
You will have a strong academic background and a degree in law or equivalent qualification.
