Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Supervisor

الوصف الوظيفي
Supervisors and Foremen are required in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing discipline of electro mechanical work of a high-rise building (hotel) project in Makkah.

- Carry out / execute construction work in accordance with drawings; work execution plans issued by Site Engineer to meet the specified criteria of workmanship.

- Supervision of work, labour, material, equipment movement, and proper distribution of such resources.

- Materials handling on site and it’s movement to minimize double handling and damage to materials

- Ensure no work is covered – up prior to inspection / test in accordance with relevant Inspection / Test Plans.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and report any risks to Project / Site Engineer.

المهارات
For Supervisor, candidate should have 12+ years experience in relevant field.
For Foreman, candidate should have 8+ years experience in relevant field.
Candidate must be in KSA with transferable Iqama.
Preference will be given to candidates with high-rise, hotel experience.
