Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Prepare reports on account status
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
المهارات
Excellent knowledge of cleaning / hygiene products and systems
Has a technical degree, ideally in chemistry or cleaning science, or extensive experience in the field of cleaning and hygiene;
Has a solid commercial understanding and understands a P&L;.
Has a core competence in auditing, diagnostics, and problem solving skills and in deploying tools to measure performance;
Saudi Driving Licence
Minimum Excellent MS Word, Excel. Powerpoint competence
Has excellent communication skills, and can effectively communicate technical information and concepts to non-technical audiences, including customers and partners from other functional areas in the company
Has the competency to partner with colleagues within the organization, as well as with other functions to ensure timely communication and resolution of customer issues;
Good knowledge of Saudi Arabia Health Care,Hospitality and BSC market .
Shows good communication, enthusiasm, creativity, flexibility, initiative and will take responsibility.
