Reporting of sales, market feedback and competitive activities on timely basisDefine key account management strategy, key accounts, pricing & service initiatives for key accountsIdentify distributors, channel partners, customer baseCascade annual sales plan / budgets to monthly sales plan split across geographies, channels & productsBuild brand presence through marketing and branding initiativesDevelop pricing strategiesCommunicate market feedback to business, highlight opportunities and weaknessesTrack, monitor and respond to competitor strategiesDevelop marketing strategies, allocates advertising & promotion budgets and ensures implementationDevelop, monitor incentive schemes for the sales teamDefine customer feedback mechanism, monitor results & recommend improvement strategiesDefine & implement collection strategy, ensure timely collections & recommend actions against defaulting customers
Profile
Must be KSA NationalAbility to design a sales strategy and turn it into an actionable planProven experience of delivering sales targets in the consumer goods market, ideally beveragePreviously managed FMCG sales operations in KSA on a national level.Excellent communication skillsProven leadership abilities
