الوصف الوظيفي Organize service activities through the effective utilization of resources and assets to achieve target objectives. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain and upgrade the facilities to reach acceptable standards in cleanliness and operation. Implement manufacturers’ programs to enhance brand image. Maintain and increase customer satisfaction levels to develop loyal customers. Monitor work in progress to maintain an orderly of work flow. Follow up warranty submissions to bring money to HHA. Supervise and control work load of service technicians to schedule service work according to priority. Inspect all completed work turned in to the workshop to make sure job has been professionally executed. Handle customer complaint problems pertaining to service and repair work to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist the Pre-Owned Department in evaluating trade-ins to help sales people close deals. Ensure prompt reconditioning of trade-in cars so they can be offered for sale again. Oversee that adequate shop supplies are available to avoid work disruptions. Recommend new shop equipment to speed up work. Establish a basic parts list to keep at hand for certain overhaul jobs to be executed rapidly. Monitor the monthly financial targets and incentives according to contribution factors to appreciate objectively service technicians’ work.
Technical skills, knowledge and experience of the auto/truck industry. Skills in applying and using knowledge in a management position. Ability to organize clerical work, administration, control systems and financial resources. Leadership and coaching attributes. Technical, Professional and/or Engineering qualifications. Knowledge of managerial and basic financial skills. High standards of numeracy and literacy and strong oral and written communication skills.
