Our client is one of the world’s top consultants. We have an opportunity for a Senior Cost Consultant to work in Makkah for Haram Expansion Project
Duties and Responsibilities:Review and report on cost submissions prepared by contractor for completeness of all necessary information and supporting documents to substantiate monthly progress submission. Identify and request any/all missing documents / information for Interim and Final agreements.
Review and supervise quantities measurement when required.
Prepare various reports pertaining to the project as may be required by management.
Experience and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
15+ years post qualification experience
Arabic language speaker
Fluent English language (speaking & writing).
Contract administration experience
Reporting and presentation skills,
Team player
Excellent communications & leadership skills.
