The Housing Coordinator is a critical role that is responsible for assigning houses to SAPL employees and coordinating with the Royal Commission Property Department to finalize SAPL s employees housing needs.
Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
• Acting as the point of contact with RCY Property & Buildings departments
• Forecasting housing requirements for the project.
• Developing housing forecast/strategy monthly, quarterly, and yearly so to ensure that Property Department provide enough houses to accommodate our manpower.
• Notifying the Properties Department for changes such as houses moves, mobilizations and demobilizations via the assignment and clearance forms
• Participating in the inventory of housing units, furniture, and appliance conditions
• Coordinating with RC O&M;Maintenance Department on SAPL housing maintenance
• Coordinating with the Property Department in arranging Furniture and appliances
• Preparing a list of houses requiring renovation and officially notify the Properties Department
• Preparing Purchase Orders for appliances and furniture.
• Coordinating with Stock Control Department to provide RC Tag numbers on fixed assets.
• Procurement of Soft packs and its issuance to new employees.
• Record keeping and coordination with Finance for all procurements and petty cash reimbursement.
• Coordinating with MARAFIQ and updating SAPL assigned accommodation records in MARAFIQ system and to update utility billing records
• Performing inspections of the houses before mobilizations and demobilizations
• Act as the Emergency Contact for staff in RC Housing
• B. A Degree in Psychology or Business administration or any other related field and 8 to 10 years of Talent Management and Human Resources experience.
• At least 5 years experience as HR Professional.
• Working knowledge of KSA Labor Laws.
• Computer literacy
• Fluent in English and Arabic
