الوصف الوظيفي
* Operate and maintain the systems by ensuring proper backup and periodic maintenance

* Deploy new desktop PCs and maintain old ones.

* Fix, diagnose or isolate problems with network, PCs, terminals and all peripherals.

* Initiate and follow-up on orders for computer parts needed for maintenance.

* Assist users with proper operations of computers, equipments and software systems.

* Train and advise users in gerneral usage and operation of computer equipments.

المهارات
*Bachelor Degree of Computer Science.

*Minimum of Two years experience in the same field.

* A+ Certificate is a plus

*Training on windows operating system environment and MS desktop products.

*Experience in networking domain environment and business applications and general knowledge in servers hardware & Software.

*Good Communication Skills

*Good English Language
