Supervise day-to-day operation of the Mine Geology department and participates in developing short and long term geological plans and projects. Including marking orebody areas to be drilled, blasted, sampled. Participating in evaluating and interpreting results, documenting geological investigations and findings. Supervise Exploration program- including budgets and control of expenditure and all staff. Qualification - B.Sc. in Geology or Mining Geology. Experience - 10-15 years of relevant Gold experience
