Shift Boss - Mill General Distributable

JOB DESCRIPTION

Purpose - To lead a process/ operation team to ensure smooth running of plant operation while maintaining a specified targets and adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualification - A grade 12 qualification with a formal process/ metallurgical operational qualification a must.

Experience - with atleast 5 years of plant experience with 2 of these in a leadership role.
