Purpose - to ensure the smooth running of the respective plant sections while maintaning specified targets and adhering to health and safety standards.
Qualification - Completed secondary school qualification a must and some metallurgical qualification would be advantageous.
Experience - A minimum of 3 years experience and knowledge of plant operation within the mining industry is required
