The primary objective is to oversee sales and marketing aspect of the day to day transactions, and process to ensure sales targets are met effectively in line with the marketing strategy. Also build a business and brand presence from the ground up. This includes branding, promoting image creating and executing a marketing plan designed to attract the attention and interest of customers & investors, guide them through the decision process and lead to the signing of leases. The position calls for skills in market research, traditional marketing, social media management, leasing, customer care, record keeping, trade relationship management and some financial record keeping.
He is responsible for the overall management of all strategic implementation and investor relationship. Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate sales & marketing product ideas.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
➢ Participate in the identification, feasibility analysis and negotiation of real estate acquisitions
➢ Achieve full sales occupancy by advertising, filling vacancies, conducting tours, drafting lease documentation, negotiating lease agreements and enforcing lease terms;
➢ Promote sales & marketing through marketing initiatives;
➢ Maintain social media presence at property level and at a corporate level;
➢ Maintain accurate information on company website;
➢ Design promotional web landing pages to track effectiveness of other marketing initiatives as well as company website;
➢ Draft Press Releases represent the company to media outlets;
➢ Seek to maximize income, set goals and track vs. internal and external benchmarks;
➢ Seek to minimize marketing expenses, develop annual forecasts;
➢ Accomplish financial objectives by paying bills, preparing an annual budget with assistance, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective action;
➢ Visually inspect interior and exterior of properties according to regular schedule, daily, weekly, monthly;
➢ Provide rental/sales rate recommendations by surveying local rental rates; forecast expenses, and profit goals;
➢ Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

➢ Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets
➢ Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns
➢ Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities
➢ Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities
➢ Update and manage social media profiles
➢ Update knowledge sales related legal documentation and property management
➢ Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums
➢ Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events
➢ Influences, communicates, motivates and inspires team members to achieve departmental objectives
➢ Monitors and follow-ups on specific tasks and project deliverables
➢ Compiles, controls and monitors the budget in accordance with budget allocation/limits
➢ Drafts, reviews and implements subject matter related policies, regulations, procedures and systems of operations
➢ Handle the relationship with clients and agents locally and globally
➢ Provides recommendations on training and development, planning of subordinates
➢ Analyses statistical information pertaining to staff attendance, overtime, leave and addresses deviations or occurrences of abuse and/ or workplace conflict through the implementation of corrective measures in accordance with Human Resources Policies and Procedures
المهارات
➢ An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Finance and/or Economics. MBA or MS in Real Estate or Finance a plus.
➢ 5-7 years on real estate experience within the real estate industry, hospitality and mixed used.
➢ Real estate public listed company experience is preferred
➢ Considerable knowledge of all elements related to real estate
➢ Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
➢ Must be professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility and character.
➢ Proficiency in both Arabic & English language
➢ Must possess strong marketing financial analyses skills, including detailed discounted cash flow analysis and demonstrated ability to analyze and implement complex financial models and structures and evaluation of corresponding risks.
➢ Ability to set project priorities and be highly organized in day-to-day and longer-term planning and execution, and track and maintain complex schedules effectively.
➢ Highly effective communication, presentation and listening abilities are essential for navigating company investment/development opportunities through the multitude of public and private steps for successful completion of economic goals and objectives.
➢ Ability of sophisticated research skills required to collect and analyze market information, aggressively compete against industry participants for increased market share, establish facts and interpret an extensive array of information in order to draw conclusions, prepare and defend recommendations and make the critical investment decisions with corresponding authority and minimal oversight.
➢ Ability to negotiate and execute all types of development related contracts.
