الوصف الوظيفي Provide Project Planning & Scheduling expertise to Project Engineers in the development and update of the activities, logic, resources and progress of the approved integrated project schedule against the baseline in accordance with Planning & Scheduling Guidelines. Project control ,coordinator Develop of integrated master schedules for specific programs in Primavera that reflect all interface milestones and activity durations from multiple contractors’ schedules and feed changes to the integrated master schedule. Closely work with the contractor planners to ensure alignment of Planning and Cost control reporting and requirements. Review and evaluate the effectiveness and appropriateness of planning and scheduling information collected from projects teams or contractors and advice of significant exceptions to proposed and approve conditions and recommend corrective actions. Review and comment on all aspects of Contractor’s planning, scheduling and progress measurement in accordance with the agreed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) using Primavera “project management” software and ensuring compliance with the contract’s requirements. Define necessary improvements in planning process including progress reporting, forecasting and independent progress verifications check of performance. Develop & maintain the planning and progress monitoring procedures so each element of the project performs the processes consistently. Provide support in developing the contract key dates, milestones and plan dates for alignment with the overall integrated plan, by evaluating bid schedules and reviewing contractor plans to support contract award recommendations. Assist in defining Resource requirements to execute the Program build. Effectively interact with project team members to develop realistic plans for completion within time and budget. Develop systems and procedures for site project control functions to facilitate the monitoring of construction & commissioning works. Create a clear relationship with the Finance and Contracting & Procurement functions in the project and align the respective roles, responsibilities and deliverables. Prepare and obtain approval of the annual expenditure forecasts and cost re-estimates in line with the project reporting calendar. Develop and maintain an effective functional network across all sub-projects as well as interface with related planning and finance disciplines. Ensure compliance to Corporate Process and Procedures in the Project Planning Delivery.
