الوصف الوظيفي
1. Achieve Sales and collection target.
2. Ensure accurate payment allocation in cooperation with branch accountant.
3. Handle customer inquiry and complain in proper way.
4. Actively create and pursue leads with AKIO principles to win new business.
5. Work within the framework of AKIO marketing plan and ensure communications are in line with our brand.
6. Evaluate events, meetings, and client communications to gauge effectiveness and regularly feedback to the AKIO district manager.
7. Build and maintain client profiles in a customer relationship management system.
8. Develop and maintain knowledge of key market customers.
9. Stay ahead of market developments and be able to provide market intelligence to both internal stakeholders and clients.
10. Maintain all payment conciliation in for each customer account in SAP in cooperation with AKIO branch accountant.
11. Update customer account documents in annual basis.
12. Perform customer survey on regular basis.
13. Manage existing key accounts, develop a range of contacts for each account you work with, and act as a professional, supportive point of contact for your clients
14. Translate client enquiries into internal sourcing requests for colleagues.
15. Take responsibility for improving profitability of accounts against KPI targets.16. Entry of sales order in SAP system on daily basis.
