The Company:
Our client is one of the world’s top consultants. We have an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on high profile projects in Madinah:
Responsibilities:
To review, monitor and report on the cost management processes and procedures adopted and support the cost control and commercial supervision performed on the project by others .
To check Variation orders and measurement of quantities .
To check Unit Rates calculations .
To check Procurement monitoring .
To check Cash flow schedules .
To Check valuation and payment certificates, reports, tender evaluation reports, unit rate submissions, , Cost Reports, etc.) Revised and re-submitted Methodologies, Procedures and Manuals.
To administer that our contracted services are properly and professionally rendered to the Client’s satisfaction on timely manner .
To exercise Quality and Assurance Control on the services provided .
To administer contractual communications and commercial matters related to contracts.
Education and Qualification:
Min 12 years post qualification
BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent, member of the RICS
Experience in Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying duties with reputable Quantity Surveying firms .
