Position: Pipeline Construction Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
Experience Required: 10+ years in managing pipeline construction projects, specifically with Saudi Aramco.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Overseeing all aspects of pipeline construction projects, from planning to execution, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and cost objectives.
Coordinating and communicating effectively with teams and stakeholders, promoting a culture of openness and transparency.
Ensuring compliance with all Saudi Aramco standards and regulations.
Actively promoting and upholding safety and quality standards, contributing to a safe work environment.
Managing contracts and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
المهارات
Your Profile:
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in managing pipeline construction projects, including substantial exposure to Saudi Aramco projects.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco’s standards and regulations.
Strong commitment to safety and quality, with a proven track record of maintaining these standards in previous roles.
Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to guide and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in English languages.
Available to join in a short period.
Preferrable candidates in Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama
