Identify and research potential clients for ISO certifications, trainings, and software applications
Pitch company’s products and services to potential and existing clients by phone calls, emails, social media campaigns and in person visits
Identify, engage, and mature qualified sales leads
Coordinate with other sales/ business development team members to develop business proposals for clients
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
Keep the day-to-day sales activities and data (lead generation, engagement, and performance) updated on the CRM
Develop and maintain client relationships
Ensure timely recovery and follow up on invoices
Manage any administrative activities and tasks to ensure professional and timely service delivery
Ensure 100% satisfaction with all prospects and customers
Maintain fruitful relationships with business consultants and other industry professionals
Meet and exceed agreed upon sales targets and KPI’s, and regularly review performance with the management to identify areas requiring special attention, focus or support to ensure that annual targets are achieved
Actively seek ways to improve company’s image in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Ensure information and data security, of both, the company, and its clients, at all levels
Stay well-informed of developments in the region with regards to certification and training business, including competitor activities and any local regulations and legislations that may positively or negatively impact company’s products, services, or image

Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
