Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Have a solid grasp of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and payroll.
Be knowledgeable in different cooking techniques, such as grilling, baking, and frying, to cook different dishes to perfection.
