الوصف الوظيفي Know about autoCAD Application. Job Purpose: The purpose and job of the Maintenance coordinator is to streamline projects repair and maintenance related activities through a centralized office. Accordingly, maintenance materials requisitions will be received in his office and all purchases will be controlled with proper planning and priority for emergency requirements. His duties will involve receiving complaints from projects and coordinating maintenance staff’s duties, handling & preparing maintenance department’s documentation and overseeing stocks of emergency maintenance spare parts. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 1- Coordinates with maintenance staff, monitors attendance, time keeping and assigns employees for emergency repair works in different projects. 2- Prepares and Oversees maintenance staff’s attendance, welfare, medical, uniforms and contractual leave planning. 3- Receives repair and maintenance requisitions from different area offices and projects. 4- Prepares material requisitions for approval from the HOD’s and purchasing/procurement department. 5- Forwards approved materials requisition forms to concerned area office / projects 6- Maintains and oversees emergency maintenance spare parts in the store and issues to projects as & when required. 7- Prepares documentation for suppliers’ invoices, and secures approval from HOD’s before forwarding to Accounts Dept. 8- Creates monthly reports for equipment inventory in all Gulf Mahmal projects and spare equipment available in the warehouse. 9- Prepares new projects’ proposal drawings in AUTOCAD and arranges maintenance staff for new projects mobilization. 10- Reports to Maintenance supervisors / Senior Maintenance Supervisor incase of projects’ equipments’ break down and assigns technicians for emergency repair works as approved. المهارات Educational Requirements Mandatory: • Technical Degree or equivalent Desirable: • Bachelors / Engineering Degree Experience Mandatory: • 2 – 5 yrs in a similar position Desirable: • 5 + years Technical Competencies/Skills • Active Listening • Office Administration • Troubleshooting • Time Management • Problem Solving • Time Management • Excellent Knowledge in AUTOCAD/CAD drawings • Ability to deal with employees from multi-cultural backgrounds • Ability to communicate in English (Oral & Written) • Knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Office, E-mails etc) • Organization Skills • Saudi Driving License تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/maintenance-coordinator-4685691/ |
