الوصف الوظيفي The main purpose of the Talent Acquisition Specialist Position is to implement effective talent acquisition techniques to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for AMHEC. Source candidates through various channels, conduct phone screening, plan technical interviews and selection and host or participate in career events. Duties & Responsibilities : •Follow workforce planning sheet that includes the approved positions and make sure all recruitment channels and talent pool are ready to fulfil the requirements within the target date. •Implements all phases of the recruitment process and source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). •Draft and post the vacancies at AMHEC career website, LinkedIn, and other channels. •Plan interview and selection, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. •Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, and update Applicant Tracking System/Sheet. •Coordinate with oversees agencies to attract, select, and hire the right candidates. •Build relationship with universities, colleges, and Tagat to attract the best local talent. •Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment campaigns. •Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. •Send weekly recruitment status report to Unit Head, Talent Management and Hiring managers. •Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities. •Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies. •Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities. •Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry. •Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. •Consults data and records to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions. •Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then connects viable candidates with hiring managers. •Checks candidates’ references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds. •Counsels candidates on the interview and hiring process. •Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities. •Follows up with clients or hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful. •Arranges meeting locations, travel, and/or accommodations for applicants when necessary. •Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable Saudi employment laws and regulations. •Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled, reviews job descriptions for vacancies. •Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates. •Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers. •Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications. •Prepare recruitment pool for the fittest and potential candidates for any future job openings. •Maintain the applicants’ information, data including the Resumes in the Master data base. /sheet •Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager. Working Conditions: •Nature or work may require working beyond standard working hours.
