Objectives:
Our client is a very well-known investment group operating in multiple sectors such as Construction, Oil and Gas and Digital Financial solutions. They are looking to recruit a Bid Manager to work out of their offices in Al Khobar – Saudi Arabia, to work on the introduction and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes.
Develops the Proposal Plan and execute.
Organizes and holds the bid kick-off meeting.
Approves the scope of work of each party involved in the bid.
Analyzes Contract requirements and conditions to present to Management.
Manages the interfaces with partners and Client.
Identifies the pre-bid agreements to be completed, if necessary.
Integrates proposal packages prepared by individual operating companies and Proposal Partners (if any) and reconcile possible discrepancies.
Coordinate and review/edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from Lender and Owner legal advisors, financial advisors, Lenders, commercial, legal and delivery.
Communicate and influence at a senior level.
Ability to overlook teams in persuasive writing and proposal best practice.
Document template management in line with Company branding.
المهارات
5+ years of Project Proposal experience.
Strong time management/ prioritization skills.
Strong written and verbal English Language skills.
Proven ability in planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposals within a complex business environment.
Experience in designing, managing, and updating a Content Library or Proposal Automation Solution for BOOT/PPP Projects.
