Submitting the tender file to customer on time
Completion of Tender/RFQ uploading
Follow up on tenders to coordinate and finalize with the salesman in submitting tender offers
Preparation of official letters for customers
To assist in preparation of quotations (Manual Quotations, System Quotations, Supportive Quotations).
Modify Orders according to customer needs based on what is informed by the salesman
Responsible to organize maintain Files & Records.
Receiving Purchase Order from the customer through their online system only “NGH”
Buying the tender documents on time

Awareness of tender rules (General Terms & Conditions) as well as governmental laws & regulations
Public Relation skills
Effective using of Microsoft office applications
Time management
