PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide Commercial Management for NEOM Helios Project.
Contract review, assessment, guidance
Routine contracts administration through to final account resolution & close-out
Change order/claims development for delay and disruption, changes in specification and scope of work growth.
Assisting schedule control with delay analyses for extension of time Claims
Drafting Contractual letters to Owner
Day-to-day guidance and direction of Commercial Manager, NEOM Helios Project.
Embody the 4S culture of Safety, Speed, Simplicity and Self-Confidence within and outside Air Products.

Education/Qualifications:
B.Sc. Technical degree (or equivalent); MBA a plus
Expected minimum 15 years’ experience including at least 10 years in commercial role (Contract Management, Commercial management, Business Development or Proposal Management).
Strong customer orientation and ability to communicate and work with external customers.
Ability to work cross functionally inside Air Products
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Negotiating skills
Attention to Detail
Assessment of Commercial Risk
Thorough understanding of EPC-type contracts, sales process and finance.
Excellent project management expertise
