Oversee day to day operations of the site
Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities.
Co-ordinating deliveries of materials and equipment.
Co-ordinating contractors to start work on the site at the planned time.
Assessing safety hazards.
Helping management to create the work program and oversee project to completion
Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and departments within the organization.
To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others
Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance
Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries
Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the management.
المهارات
Professional and polite communication skills.
Understanding of site work and everything involved (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, etc).
Good time management .
Knowledge in AutoCAD.
Knowledge in MS office.
Speaks English and Arabic.
Preferably present in the Kingdom.
Has valid Saudi drivers license and car.
