الوصف الوظيفي Supports the organization, planning and execution of Company events and activities primarily in-company, in-Kingdom or out-of-Kingdom. Also, responsible for the planning and implementation of VIP Visits and related events which includes handling various delegations from within the Kingdom and around the world. Incumbent is also responsible for Company’s social & digital media accounts. II. JOB SCOPE Incumbent is a professional with good working knowledge of public relations and communications; events planning...etc. Work is generally supervised by senior staff. III. PRINCIPAL CONTACTS INTERNAL: Frequent contact with Sr staff for direction and guidance, and with proponents for their requirements. EXTERNAL: Frequent contact with vendors, consultants, government entities, hotels and other places that hold events and conferences/exhibitions. IV. PRINCIPAL DUTIES Function Description 1. Assist in the project budgets; determines event budget and manages expenses to that budget 2. Plans and executes events, conferences and exhibits. Handles scheduling and logistics preparation. 3. Assists in the development, production, and delivering projects from proposal right up to delivery. 4. Delivers events on time, within budget, that meet or exceed expectations H 5. Conducts analysis of stories and topics upon request, utilizing available software 6. Manages social & digital media news pertaining to Company’s key and/or corporate massaging. 7. Assists in preparing briefing materials. 8. Monitor all major media outlets, including international, domestic and social media, for major and breaking news items. 9. Develops daily, weekly, and ad hoc news reports as needed, for the Chairman, the CEO, executive management and others as required. 10. Creates media reaction reports to include tone and sentiment analysis of captured articles. 11. Performs any job-related activities as requested by the management. المهارات B. EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 3 years of related experience is required; public relations and communications. C. LANGUAGE: Excellent command of oral and written English is required D. Preferred Training and Certificates Proofreading Advanced writing Communications and public relations E.
