الوصف الوظيفي Performs audits of company activities and develops recommendations as outlined under Principal Duties. II. JOB SCOPE Incumbent is an Audit professional with Internal Auditing expertise and working knowledge of various business disciplines. Work is generally supervised by senior staff. III. PRINCIPAL CONTACTS INTERNAL: Frequent contact senior staff and Internal Audit management for direction and guidance to assure adequate audit scope and direction. Also, frequent contact with various stakeholders across ECDC divisions/departments. EXTERNAL: Possible contact with external auditors IV. PRINCIPAL DUTIES Function Description 1. Plans and executes audits in accordance with accepted internal auditing standards. 2. Helps determine the risk-based approach to each assigned audit. Responsible for helping develop and executing the audit program. 3. Documents the work performed during the audit in adequate detail in working papers. 4. Delivers audit-related presentations to management during and at the conclusion of the examination, discussing deficiencies and recommending corrective action to address control deficiencies. 5. Directs, counsels, and instructs staff assistants assigned to the audit, and reviews their work for sufficiency of scope and for accuracy. 6. Evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of the management controls over activities audited and prepares or assists in preparing a formal written report expressing his/her opinion, including recommendations to alleviate any deficiencies noted. 7. Evaluates the performance and capabilities of assigned assistants. 8. Performs other tasks as required (e.g., follow up on closure of audit observations, consulting, investigations, etc.) المهارات B. EXPERIENCE: A minimum of (3) years of related experience is required. C. LANGUAGE: Excellent command of oral and written English is required. D. Preferred Training and Certificates One or more of the professional certifications relevant to Internal Auditing such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalent is preferred. E.
