Objectives:
Our client, a financial services company in KSA, is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join their team in Khobar. The main objective of this job is to bridge the gap between the customer and the brand they work for. The job ensures that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective.
Responsibilities:
Often increases customer satisfaction rates, increases customer loyalty, and gains more referrals from those loyal customers.
Drive customer retention, reduce churn, and increase customer satisfaction.
Map the customer journey and identify opportunities to proactively intervene on the client’s behalf.
Guide team in effective client issues resolution and handle any escalations.
Develop listening points in the customer journey, define segmentation of customer base and varying strategies, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Test new strategies for driving customer value.
Continually review and evolve the collection of processes the company uses to track, oversee, and organize every interaction throughout the lifecycle.
Manage cultural change and internal adoption of CX mindset and methodology through internal communications, training, and development opportunities.
Contribute to the development of a customer focused CX initiative roadmap and successfully manage and report on the execution of this plan.
Build cross-functional partnerships at various levels of the organization to help turn CX findings into Product/IT execution.
Work with internal stakeholders and assess customer experience efforts for ongoing opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and collaborate when possible.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in business or anything related.
Several years of experience in working with customers in customer service capacity.
Customer liaisons must possess good communication skills, both verbally and written.
The applicant must have a professional demeanor.
