On behalf of a leading provider of Building Technology Solutions, we are seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor for their Khobar operations.
You will supervise the day-to-day supply activities to maximize the efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of the organization’s supply chain, and to develop and maintain Supplier relations.
Provide input into the development of policies and procedures for the Distribution
Ensure effective communication with domestic transportation and distribution to ensure timely delivery to the final destination.
Ensure that all operational activities meet legislative requirements.
Review monthly orders and monitor inventory levels in order to ensure a flawless distribution process.
Review the projections of the stock status.
Ensure the alignment between the stock shipper for ETA and the DC for stock clearance from the Port.
Coordinate with suppliers for documentation control and processes control.
Review products allocation processes based on the products transport requirements.
Monitor supply process, products specifications, and assist in making recommendations to correct inventory imbalances.
Support Operations in a delivery and dispatch process by assisting with order placement, tracking orders, and expediting the shipment of products to the stores.
Review products flow parameters and recommend appropriate levels to support business and customer requirements.
Performs Material planning exercise, by obtaining sales forecasts, productions forecasts. Place materials orders accordingly.
Place orders for Raw material from Local and overseas markets.
Find new sources of raw materials, local and international.
Must be very knowledgeable in sourcing from overseas, Europe suppliers.
Purchase contracts negotiations.
Understand LCs and LC terms and bank negotiations, to avoid discrepancies
Handle customs clearance with clearance agents. Find new offices to perform customs clearance.
Knowledgeable in obtaining Duties exemptions, and in duties exemptions reimbursements and follow up with authorities.
Handle all local procurements and contractual agreements.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain - preferable
6 to 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain role, with at least 2 years in a Supervisory role
