Duties
Generate maximum number of enquiries by regular personal visits to the clients using his long experience and relationship in the market with site engineers / buyers / owners
Follow up the quotes submitted on regular basis till the order is secured, or if lost, try to find out the reasons and update Commercial Manager to avoid that in the future
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Review the offer received from suppliers / principals to be sure that it is compatible with our client requirements. Negotiate with suppliers / principals till have the best discounted prices and minimum delivery time.
Guide the Sales Coordinators to prepare the suitable quotations to the clients and to prepare the required Purchase orders to the suppliers / principals & to issue invoices and arrange the delivers to our clients.
To brief Commercial Manager about the market position and the problems if any being faced and seek his advice as to how to be resolved. And to take care of any other jobs / responsibilities being allocated to him by Commercial Manager and supply him with any information required.
Qualification
Years of experience: Min 5 years.
Bachelor Degree
Salary range SAR 4,000 – SAR 7,000.
