الوصف الوظيفي • Responsible for achieving the country budgets of Total Sales, Gross Margin Return on Investments, Gross Profit, Net Profit and control the expenses • Increase the brand awareness&, brand presence while conducting proper tactical sales plans • Overlook allocations and controls of stocks • Overview the conducted probes for attrition, productivity, staffing, shrinkage and rent • Drive Regional Teams to ensure achievement of sales targets • Ensure that all the regions are following the overall business strategy and corporate VM guide lines • Having full responsibility over managing the company assets in the country of operations • Lead and direct the development of department level sales goals and action plans for store teams directly tied into measurable results and timely and consistent execution • Coach, motivate teams and performance manage teams to deliver on results • Improve overall profitability by applying indepth customer and competitor knowledge • Develop a culture where people are committed to achieving high standards in customer service • Represent brand performance in periodic business reviews المهارات • Graduate with a minimum 10-15 years of Retail Management experience, with at least 8-10 years in GCC. • Capable of managing a team of professionals in a fast paced environment • Excellent Business Acumen and Fashion Knowledge • Knowledge of Arabic language will be an added advantage تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/deputy-brand-head-4484285/ |
