Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law, Health Insurance Law
Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties and provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, Benefits and Compensation, employee relations, learning and development, risk management, and legal compliance.
Work closely with finance team to understand people costs and budget where necessary, ensuring optimal ways of working and information is shared in the most efficient way.
Responsible for all advanced and complex Governmental Affairs & People Relation Management activities with the local Authorities and Governmental representatives.
Keep track of project corporate employees, leave records, EOS and other benefits.
Update official reports
Prepare job offer letter and employment contracts.
Documentation and approval for smooth on boarding
Excellent knowledge of Company’s HR Policies and Procedures as well as Best Global HR Practices.
Effective team management and organizational skills
Proven ability to build, sustain and influence relationships positively at all levels in an organization.
Overseeing the off-boarding process as required by HR Policy and final settlement preparation, employee clearance and departure arrangements, medical insurance & GOSI cancellation and employee file closing.
Ensure implementation of HR related compliance requirements as per government laws.
Prepare and present periodic HR reports as required by management.
Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office and reporting skills.
Excellent active listening, and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and including conflict resolution
Maintain employee records (attendance, performance data, etc.) accordingly.
Ensure implementation of HR related compliance requirements as per government laws.
Prepare and present periodic HR reports as required by management.
Resolution of disciplinary and grievance issues with company staff.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
المهارات
Must be Saudi National based in Eastern Province
Minimum 10 years practical experience in Human Resource Management, experience from Staffing & Manpower Industry will be add on.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Legal, Business Administration, Business Management, or any related field
Must be a Bilingual (Arabic & English)
Must be able to communicate in English fluently.
