Workshop Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
- Responsible planning, leading, organizing, and supervising the day to day activities of heavy equipment workshop

- Lead a team of mechanics and technicians

- Supervise and follow up on actual progress of each individual repair job.

- Provide on-the-job training as well as coaching and mentoring to mechanics and helpers.

- Manage service relationships with clients.

المهارات
- Strong knowledge in Heavy Equipment maintenance and repair

- Mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic experience.

- Well-honed leadership and management skills; with an ability to motivate others.

- Hands on mechanical experience and knowledge.
