• Lead and develop engineers and share responsibility for recruitment, training, and development.
• Determine what kind of job the request concerns, nominate an engineer, and a time frame (planning) for the job.
• Provide support to the internal organization with relevant engineering services for the realization of transportation and-or lifting activities.
• Manage all work to be completed and control costs within the relevant set budgets.
• Prepare, compose and analyze critical management information by using defined procedures.

Education & Experience
Bachelor degree in Technical discipline
10 years of broad and deep work experience, including international job site experience for multiple years
