To oversee and manage daily procurement activities including the contract’s review and implementation.
Ensure optimal rates, risk mitigation and obtain best payment terms on behalf of the organisation.
To oversee procurement policies and procedures, review the implementation, develop the process, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
To oversee and develop all procurement strategies and plans, review the implementation process and ensure the compliance with company strategies and plans.
To monitor procurement staff performance including training the staff, and ensure to complete the assigned work in timely manner.
To negotiate purchase of the equipment’s, goods and services in timely and cost-effective manner.
To maintain good relationships with all the vendors, follow up and negotiate with them to finalize the processes with high level of quality standards.
