Your role: Monitor the activities of the wholesale team to achieve established operational targets, and act as an expert to support all stages in the sales process for winning new accounts. To plan and deploy winning strategies in the deal channel that motivate dealer partners and foster loyalty to retain existing ones and expand the customer base. Expands customer base to ensure RTM optimization especially in white spaces. Ensure channel strategy is in harmony with direct channel strategy and offerings. Monitors competitive activity in each account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated. Plans how to establish and maintain major account relationships and meet personal sales targets within a full line of products or a combination of products. Expand the mix of products being sold in the channel to capture opportunities and gain from the competition.
المهارات
Must Haves: 12 years of experience in sales with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial position. Previous customer and supplier relationship management experience are required especially in the wholesale/dealer channel. Previous Lubricants Industry experience is preferable. Knowledge of the Arabic language is highly preferred.
